North West REC has an opening for the following position: Part-time Customer Service Representative - Ida Grove Office 5975 Highway 175
- Position involves providing customer service in our Ida Grove office.
- Responsibilities include collecting and processing payments, posting notices, answering questions related to members’ electric accounts, and assisting the billing department with a variety of tasks.
- Applicant must have good written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills.
- Morning office hours 8:00 to 12:00 (Possible 9:00 to 1:00)
