Are You Budget Conscious?

North West REC offers Budget Billing for members wishing to pay a set amount on their electric account each month. Living in Iowa we know that the unpredictable weather can cause some serious fluctuations in your monthly energy consumption. With six month evaluation periods, NWREC is able to give members the piece of mind of knowing what they will be paying each month to keep budgets on track.

To subscribe to Budget Billing, simply call the office to find out what your average monthly bill is, and what other requirements are necessary. If you agree to pay the estimated amount, you will be asked to sign a form stating so. Members must hold service at their address for a minimum of one year before being eligible to sign up for budget billing.
